I’ve never had that issue with Dreaming Tree files. I can assure you that Dreaming Tree is a reputable company who won’t sell your information. I’m not sure what you’re doing wrong, but make sure you are uploading the SVG file to Design Space. You will need to unzip the download file first. The SVG file may show a .html extension. You can contact Dreaming Tree for troubleshooting help: https://www.3dsvg.com/contactus. Their customer service is great.
